I'm a visual artist and the focus of my work is painting. In the paintings I'd like to design a pictorial world that strives for figuration, but never clearly defines itself.

Since my studies at the HfG Offenbach, art academy of the state of Hesse, I've been dealing with the media of painting, drawing and photography. While painting is the focus of my work, I consider drawing and photography as additional tools that inform my painting practice from their own perspective.
Mentoring Program Deutscher Kulturrat Berlin
My project proposal for the mentoring program of the Deutscher Kulturrat (German Cultural Council) was selected from 350 submissions alongside 39 other applicants. The 'Frauen in Kultur & Medien' (Women in Culture & Media) mentoring program is aimed at highly qualified women who aspire to a leading position in the culture and media sector. The goals of the program are strategic career advice, practical support, positioning the mentees in the cultural community and building an alumni network.
Jury 'Scholarships Fine Art 2021' City of Munich
I am delighted to have been appointed as a jury member for the 'Scholarships Fine Art 2021' of the City of Munich for the second time after 2020. The City of Munich awards six scholarships for visual arts, each worth 8,000 euros. Artists should be given the opportunity to use the grant to realize a project that can provide an important impetus for their artistic development.

BNKR – current reflections on art and architecture
As the director of the artspace BNKR, a cultural engagement of Euroboden Architekturkultur, I had the opportunity - in close cooperation with Stefan F. Höglmaier, managing director and founder of Euroboden GmbH - to transform the bunker Ungererstraße in Munich into a place of artistic practice and cultural participation.
